Grand LifeStyle Show is unique to other consumer shows because it brings to life the wildly successful Grand Magazine.

Accustomed to a style savvy lifestyle, each guest will be impressed with the variety of shopping choices, quality of entertainment and show atmosphere. Shoppers will be able to touch, feel and sample products and services that are advertised and featured in Grand - all in one convenient location!

We provide professional décor, vibrant signage and multi-media features including flat screen televisions and sophisticated staging equipment to enhance our visitors experience.

Show Dates: Saturday May 2 to Sunday May 3, 2009
Show Times: Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 5pm
Set up: Friday May 1 - 12pm to 10pm
Tear down: Sunday May 3 - 5pm to 10pm only
Promotion

Grand LifeStyle Show will be promoted with a large multi-media campaign valued at over $200,000. Promotion will include newspapers, websites, television, signage, flyers, posters and a special promotional feature in the March/April edition of Grand Magazine. The May/June Grand issue will also be launched at the show.

Booth sizes and pricing

The show floor plan has been carefully designed to illuminate our guests’ experience. Special show features, signage, interactive demos and speakers are situated to encourage traffic flow to all areas of the show. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FLOOR PLAN WILL CHANGE FOR 2009, BUT BOOTH PRICES WILL REMAIN THE SAME.

We have also thoughtfully considered your requirements. Standard booth sizes and prices vary to fulfill your needs and marketing budget. If your requirments are unique, let us know. We are happy to consider every request. There are so many options!

How do I apply?

Applying is easy. Simply complete the attached application form and provide information about your business, products and booth description.

Include at least three clear, current photographs (no slides or Polaroid’s) of your products. Also, supply a written description, drawing and photograph of your booth set-up. You may submit Jpeg files to grandlifestyleshow@therecord.com .

A pre-paid self-addressed envelope/package must be included with the application if an exhibitor requires any material to be returned.

Include a $200 deposit with your application. We accept cheques or money orders made payable to The Record, or Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Grand Magazine advertisers will receive a 10% discount on the booth cost.

All applications must be received by April 1st, 2009.

What happens after I apply?

We take care to ensure that there is a variety of products and services available to our consumers and competition between exhibitors is kept to a minimum. Applications will also be reviewed to ensure professional exhibitor standards are adhered to.

If accepted, you will receive notification via e-mail or letter with an invoice. An Exhibitors Guide will be sent to you in March to help you with your planning.
